We dance Plus most Thursdays since January 2016, and will be at our NEW LOCATION Alan Emmott Centre, 6650 Southoaks Crescent, Burnaby starting January 25, 2024. Brent’s Bunch is DARK February 23 / Club Visit February 21
Due to Brent's business travel, we will not be dancing at Burnaby Lake Pavilion on Thursday, February 23. We plan to dance at Surrey Square Wheelers on Tuesday, February 21. So far we have Brent & Therese coming, and 2 couples who are members of both clubs, who will wear their burgundy & white. So unless we get some more signing up, this will be an informal visit. Let me know if you plan to join us.

Brent Mawdsley Sings Love Songs this Thursday night
Just a reminder that our Valentine's Love Songs Dance is this coming Thursday, February 9. No one sings love songs like Brent, so dig out your red and/or hearts finery and join us for a wonderful evening!
I also remind you that we will be DARK on February 23, March 9 and March 23. If enough people are ready, we will arrange visitations to other clubs those weeks. Stay tuned for details!

I propose that we maintain the current schedule and programme with doors open at 7:15pm and Plus Square Dancing and Rounds from 7:30 – 9:15pm, with no drinks or food provided.
Proof of COVID-19 vaccination or face masks are NOT required but face masks are always welcome as your personal choice.

Brent's Bunch Season WindUp Thursday, December 15 / Toys for Tots
Our final dance of the season is this Thursday, December 15, 7:30 - 9:15 pm, Burnaby Lake Pavilion. Doors open at 7:15. Come enjoy the magic of Brent singing seasonal favoutites. Coffee, tea and treats will be available through the latter half of the dance. We hope to welcome our former dancers for a visit.
Square dancers have a long history of donating toys to needy children through the Burnaby Christmas Bureau. As in the past, if you bring a new, unwrapped toy to our season windup dance, Chuck and I will deliver the collected toys to the depot at Brentwood. If you would like gift ideas, here is a link to their suggestions:
We will also deliver cash donations or cheques - we suggest you put it in an envelope with your name and address provided, so that a tax receipt can be issued. You may prefer the convenience of donating online at www.BByServices.ca/Donate

Hi Brent's Bunch members & friends,
I'm pleased to report that my sore throat has gone away and I'm feeling fine again so I look forward to seeing you all at our next dance on Thursday, Dec 8, at the Burnaby Lake Pavillion.
