Toys for Tots

We had a magical evening dancing to Brent's stupendous calling and singing, catching up with friends, and enjoying the delicious assortment of treats. Thanks to Brent & Therese for providing the party favours, door prizes and the decorations.

We are pleased to show off the terrific collection of donations for the Burnaby Christmas Bureau. Thank you for your thoughtful generosity!

Brent's Bunch Season WindUp Thursday, December 15 / Toys for Tots

Our final dance of the season is this Thursday, December 15, 7:30 - 9:15 pm, Burnaby Lake Pavilion.  Doors open at 7:15.  Come enjoy the magic of Brent singing seasonal favoutites.  Coffee, tea and treats will be available through the latter half of the dance.  We hope to welcome our former dancers for a visit.

Square dancers have a long history of donating toys to needy children through the Burnaby Christmas Bureau.  As in the past, if you bring a new, unwrapped toy to our season windup dance, Chuck and I will deliver the collected toys to the depot at Brentwood. We will also deliver cash donations or cheques - we suggest you put it in an envelope with your name and address provided, so that a tax receipt can be issued.  You may prefer the convenience of donating online at www.BByServices.ca/Donate

Brent's Bunch Thursday, Dec 8, see you there

Hi Brent's Bunch members & friends,

I'm pleased to report that my sore throat has gone away and I'm feeling fine again so I look forward to seeing you all at our next dance on Thursday, Dec 8, at the Burnaby Lake Pavillion.

Doors open at 7:15pm with Plus dancing & rounds from 7:30pm to 9:15pm.

I've got the flu with a sore throat so will have to cancel Brent's Bunch for tonight, Thursday, Dec 1.  Sorry for the short notice.
