Mark your calendars for a special trio of events on Saturday, September 19 at Brookswood Senior Centre - meetings, a potluck dinner and a Welcome Back Bash Dance. As well as joining together to celebrate Fall dancing, it is a Mary Cox Memorial / Alzheimer benefit dance. Mary passed away June 9 (link to obituary). This year's Scroll of Honour will be presented during the dance.
Please email Daphne Green dg.fv.sec@gmail.com if you plan to attend the FVSRDA meeting and/or the potluck dinner. This will ensure we have a quorum for the meeting, and that we have set up enough seating. (Note that there is no need to rsvp for the dance.)
There is no extraordinary business on the Agenda; rather it is to ensure we offer an in person meeting in 2026.

The FVSRDA meeting will be held in the main hall.
The VDCTA meeting will be held in the chat room just off the lounge area.
The meetings will be followed by a potluck dinner and dance.
5:45–6:30 PM — Potluck dinner. Please bring your own plates, mugs, and cutlery.
7:00–7:30 PM — Pre-rounds
7:30–9:30 PM — ‘Classic mainstream’ dancing with 2 ‘classic plus’ tips and rounds
All three events are open to everyone. You are welcome to attend any or all of the events.
